Lipton bottled iced teas are shelf stable which means they don't need to be refrigerated prior to opening. However, we do recommend refrigeration after opening to maintain freshness.

Any of bottled iced teas that contain a significant level of grapefruit juice will have grapefruit juice listed on the label as an ingredient. If grapefruit is not listed in the ingredient line, but the flavor descriptor suggests a citrus flavor, our proprietary flavor blends may contain grapefruit oils and extracts. If you are on medication and have concerns regarding a negative reaction, please consult your prescribing doctor or the pharmaceutical company before consuming these products.

All of our bottled iced teas and multi-pack outer wraps have a Best Taste Date, which is very different from an expiration date found on perishable items such as dairy and meat products. Our Best Taste Date is a self-imposed indicator located on the shoulder of our bottles and on our multi-pack outer wraps. We provide this information to encourage consumption by this date for optimal flavor.
