  1. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland) 18 years or over only, except:
 

(a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies.

 

(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the promotion or its administration; or

 

(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

 

  1. THE PROMOTION
     
    1. The title of the promotion is Lipton Ice Tea Win a Summer of a Lifetime
       
    2. The promotional period will open 09:00 on 20 May 2026 (the Opening Date”) to 23:59 on 11 August 2026 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive (the “Promotional Period”). All promotion entries received before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
    3. Purchase is necessary. Please retain participating product as this may be required for validation and in order for winners to receive their prize. A new participating product must be retained for every new entry.
    4. To enter, purchase a participating Lipton Ice tea product (in-store or online) and scan the QR code on-pack or on the in-store marketing or www. liptonicedtea.com/en-gb/win-vip-festival-experiences enter full name, email address, retailer, product purchased and upload a photo of a participating product of Lipton Ice Tea. Entrants then spin the wheel to reveal if they are a winner. Please see 4.6 for list of participating bottles. Participating products are available whilst stocks last and are subject to availability.
    5. Entrants must have internet access, a valid email address and a smartphone with a camera to enter this Promotion.
    6. Purchase of a participating product of Lipton Ice Tea is necessary to enter the promotion. Participating products include:

    7. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person per day during the Promotional Period. Each purchase of a participating product may only be used to enter once.
    8. Maximum of 1 VIP Festival Weekend Experience for 4 or 1 VIP Festival Day Passes for 2 prize per person during the Promotional Period. All other prizes are limited to a maximum of 1 prize person per week during the Promotional Period.
    9. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt of entry. Incomplete, illegal, illegible, or misdirected entries will not be accepted. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
    10. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.

    1. Please note: The 36 x pairs of Wireless Festival Day Ticket prizes originally referenced in the significant terms published on promotional packaging and other marketing materials have been substituted due to the cancellation of Wireless Festival. These prizes have been replaced with 18 x pairs of Reading Festival Weekend Tickets and 18 x pairs of Leeds Festival Weekend Tickets, as detailed above. The 2,435 Prizes will be randomly assigned to daily winning moments across the Promotional Period via a secure, independently verified algorithm.  Winning moments for TRNSMT and Parklife Festivals Day Tickets will be assigned between 00:00 01 June 2026 and 23:59 07 June 2026. A 'winning moment' is a specific time, designated to the second, during which a Prize will be awarded.  If you are the first entrant to complete and submit the form on or after the time of the relevant winning moment, you will be allocated a Prize.  There are 2,418 winning moments in total, and there may be multiple winning moments during each day of the Promotional Period.  If no entry is received between one winning moment and the next, the Prize from that winning moment will be rolled over into the next winning moment and be available to be won then.  This means that in addition to the Prize already designated for the upcoming winning moment, the unclaimed Prize from the previous winning moment will also be available to be won by a separate entrant.  There is no guarantee all Prizes will be won in the Promotional Period if the number of entrants is less than the number of Prizes available.  
    2. A mop-up draw for any unallocated non-festival ticket prizes remaining at the end of the Promotional Period will take place on 01 September 2026 via a randomised computer process (the “Mop-Up Draw”). The Mop-Up Draw will apply only to the following prize types: £500 music event eGift cards, £500 Currys eGift cards, 3-month Spotify Premium eGift cards, £50 music event eGift cards, 3-months’ supply of Lipton Ice Tea and Lipton Ice Tea Free Product Coupons. For the avoidance of doubt, all festival ticket prizes, including VIP Festival Weekend Experiences, VIP Festival Day Tickets and Creamfields Weekend Tickets, are excluded from the Mop-Up Draw. All valid non-winning entries received during the Promotional Period will be entered into the Mop-Up Draw. Winners will be selected at random from all valid non-winning entries and notified by email within 7 days of the Mop-Up Draw. Winners will be required to respond within 14 days of initial notification to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the prize. In the event a winner does not respond within 14 days of initial contact, is found to be ineligible, rejects the prize, or is unable to take up the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from all remaining valid non-winning entries, with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to the prize.
    3. The prizes are supplied by the Promoter and administered through its agents (the Prize Providers ”)

    4. Subject to 9.1. the Promoter shall have no liability in relation to any prize provided by a third-party provider.
    5. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for an alternate prize or compensation in whole or in part.
    6. The Promoter reserves the right to replace any prize, or part of the main prize, with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
  1. WINNER NOTIFCATION
     
    1. All provisional winners will be notified instantly after entry including what prize they have won. Following verification of their entry winners will receive a winning confirmation email (the Winning Confirmation Email”), sent to the email address provided at the time of entry with further details of prize delivery or instructions on how to claim their prize.   It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications.
    2. ​​​​​​​It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion.  The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects delivery of their prize. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner does not, or is not able to, take up their prize.
  2. PRIZE DELIVERY
    1. VIP Festival Experiences. Following receipt of the Winning Confirmation Email winners will be contacted by Prize Provider by email to complete the prize acceptance process and select their preferred festival, Reading or Leeds. Winners must respond to this follow-up contact and accept the prize within 14 days of the date of that contact. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, fails to complete the prize acceptance process, is found to be ineligible, cannot attend, or otherwise cannot take up the prize, the prize will be forfeited and returned to the Instant Win prize pool for reallocation, with no liability to the Promoter. Festival selection is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability at the time of confirmation. No correspondence will be entered into regarding availability or allocation. Once the winner has accepted the prize and completed any further verification process (see Clause 10.1), their confirmed details will be passed to a third-party prize management company. The fulfilment team will contact the winner within 5 days via phone and/or email to arrange the prize.
    2. ​​​​​​​Pairs of Festival day tickets, Creamfields weekend tickets and eGift card prizes.  Following receipt of the Winning Confirmation Email, winners will be contacted by the Prize Provider by email with further details and a unique claim link and full instructions on how to claim their prize.  Winners must follow the instructions provided within the follow-up communication.
    3. ​​​​​​​3-month supply of Lipton Ice Tea. The prize will be delivered by courier within 28 days of the winner receiving their Winner Confirmation Email to the postal address entered at the time of notification.
    4. Lipton Ice Tea Free Product Coupon.
      1. The Winning Confirmation Email will contain a unique link to a downloadable print-at-home free product coupon, together with full instructions on how to claim and use the coupon. A printer is required.
      2. The coupon can be redeemed against any 500ml bottle or 330ml can of Lipton Ice Tea, up to a maximum value of £1.95, in any participating retailer which stocks Lipton Ice Tea products. Coupon terms apply. The coupon cannot be redeemed online.
      3. The coupon can be printed once only. The last date to access and print the coupon is 11 September 2026. Once printed, the coupon will be valid for 30 days from the date of printing.
      4. No coupon in this Promotion can be redeemed for cash or exchanged for an alternative product. No change is provided in the event the chosen product costs less than the maximum coupon value at point of redemption. No cash alternative is available. Only one coupon can be used per transaction.
      5. Coupons must not be forwarded to anyone else. Attempts at multiple redemption of the coupon by the same winner, or use by anyone else not intended to receive the link to the downloadable coupon, may result in rejection of the coupon by a retailer and disqualification of that winner from further participation in the Promotion.
    5. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​If any prizes are unable to be organised due to inaccurate details or delay on the part of any winner, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw and reallocate the prize entitlement with no liability.​​​​​​​

 

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
     
    1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring in connection with this promotion or as a result of taking up any prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. For the avoidance of doubt, this clause 9.1 shall also apply in respect of any prize provided by a third-party provider, in this case the Prize Providers.
       
  2. DATA PROTECTION
     
    1. By entering the promotion, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the promotion entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers solely to administer this promotion.
    2. ​​​​​​​The Promoter will make available the prize winners’ surnames and dates of win to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of each closing date of this Promotion. You may request a copy of the winners list by emailing liptonicetea@promotioncustomerservices.com. We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by emailing liptonicetea@promotioncustomerservices.com. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
    3. ​​​​​​​Winners may be requested but are not obliged to take part in any reasonable publicity and related promotional purposes.
    4. ​​​​​​​Your personal details will always be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. Entrants' personal data will be used and will be held in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is available here: www.britvic.com/site-services/privacy. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to liptonicetea@promotioncustomerservices.com. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.
    5. ​​​​​​​All remaining data will be deleted by 31December 2026.
       
  3. GENERAL
    1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of purchase and ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant if the Promoter has any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of the Promotion or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude any entrant from participating in the promotion.
    2. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
    3. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware, or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay, or prevent a participant’s entry to the Promotion.
    4. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Entries via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) or multiple aliases to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means to increase that participant's entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that person's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
    5. The decisions of the Promoter are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
    6. If any clause or provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within.
    7. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
