Terms and Conditions

 

Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information. 

  1. THE PROMOTER
    1. Britvic Soft Drinks Ltd, Breakspear Park, Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, HP2 4TZ. Registered in England No. 517211.
  2. ELIGIBILITY
    1. The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) 18 years or over only, except: 
      • a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
      • b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the promotion or its administration; or
      • c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
    2. Internet access required. No purchase necessary.
    3. Maximum of 1 entry per person. Maximum of 1 prize per person.
  3. THE PROMOTION
    1. The title of the promotion is the Tesco ‘WIN YOUR LUNCH ON LIPTON FOR A YEAR, PLUS 100s OF £5 PRIZES EVERY WEEK’
    2. The Promotional Period will open 08:00 on 13/08/2025 (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59 on 07/10/2025 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive. All promotion entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted. The promotion is open for 8 weeks in total.  Wednesday – Sunday for Week 1, Monday – Sunday Weeks 2 – 7 and Monday – the following Tuesday for week 8.
      1. The weekly Draw Dates are due to be conducted as follows:
        1. Week 1: From 08:00 13.08.25 - 23:59 17.08.25.  Draw date:18.08.25
        2. Week 2: From 08:00 18.08.25 – 23:59 24.08.25  Draw date: 25.08.25
        3. Week 3: From 08:00 25.08.25 – 23:59 31.08.25  Draw date: 01.09.25
        4. Week 4: From 08:00 1.09.25 – 23:59 7.09.25      Draw date: 08.09.25
        5. Week 5: From 08:00 8.09.25 – 23:59 14.09.25    Draw date:15.09.25
        6. Week 6: From 08:00 15.09.25 – 23:59 21.09.25  Draw date:22.09.25
        7. Week 7: From 08:00 22.09.25 – 23:59 28.09.25  Draw date:29.09.25
        8. Week 8: From 08:00 29.09.25 – 23:59 7.10.25    Draw date: 8.10.25
    3. Participating Tesco stores are any Tesco stores that displays the ‘WIN YOUR LUNCH ON LIPTON FOR A YEAR, PLUS 100s OF £5 PRIZES EVERY WEEK’ marketing material housing the promotional QR code to be scanned for entry.
    4. On the following draw dates 18.08.25, 1.09.25, 15.09.25 and 29.09.25 participants will have a chance to win 201 £5 Tesco E-Gift Cards and 1x £1,825 Tesco E-Gift Card, this will total 202 vouchers to be won per week.
      • The 1x £1,825 Tesco E-Gift Voucher winnerdrawn on the 18.08.25 will receive their voucher dispatched as 3x £500 in Week 2, Week 3 and Week 4  and 1x £325 in Week 5 .
      • The 1x £1,825 Tesco E-Gift Voucher winnerdrawn on the 1.09.25 will receive their voucher dispatched as 3x £500 in Week 4, Week 5 and Week 6  and 1x £325 in Week 7.
      • The 1x £1,825 Tesco E-Gift Voucher winnerdrawn on the 15.09.25 will receive their voucher dispatched as 3x £500 in Week 6, Week 7  and Week 8  and 1x £325 in Week 9.
      • The 1x £1,825 Tesco E-Gift Voucher winnerdrawn on the 29.09.25 will receive their voucher dispatched as 1x £500 in Week 8, 1x £500 a week after, 1x £500 a week after and 1x £325 a week after.
      1. On the following draw dates 25.08.25, 08.09.25, 22.09.25 and 8.10.25 participants will have a chance to win 201 £5 Tesco E-Gift Cards only per week.
    5. To enter a weekly prize draw, scan the QR code on the promotional marketing material in Tesco stores or visit  https://www.liptonicedtea.com/en-gb/lunchclub-tesco  to enter email address, full name and county of residence during the Promotional Period.
    6. Entrants who do not enter correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
    7. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) or multiple handsets, multiple aliases to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means to increase that entrant's entries into the promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
    8. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt of entry. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or invalid entries will not be accepted. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

  4. THE PRIZE
    1. There are 1,612 prizes available to be won across the Promotional Period, each consisting of:
      • A. 4 x £1,825 Tesco E-Gift Cards. These will be purchased and issued directly to winners via the email address supplied within 28 days from the weekly Draw Dates outlined. The 4x £1,825 Tesco E-Gift Cards will be dispatched as 3x £500 and 1x £325.       • B. 1,608 x £5 Tesco E-Gift Cards. These will be purchased and issued directly to winners via the email address supplied within 28 days from the weekly Draw Dates outlined. The Tesco E-Gift Cards will expire after 5 years from activation and the Terms and Conditions are available here: Tesco for Business | Corporate Gift Cards for Businesses 
      • C. Draw dates: 18.08.25, 1.09.25, 15.09.25 and 29.09.25 will each be to win 201 £5 Tesco E-Gift Cards and 1x £1,825 Tesco E-Gift Card, this will total 202 vouchers to be won per week.
      • D. Draw dates: 25.08.25, 8.09.25, 22.09.25 and 8.10.25 will each be to win 201 £5 Tesco E-Gift Cards only per week.
    2. The prizes are supplied by the Promoter and administered through its agents (the “Prize Provider”): Savvy Marketing, 15-17 High Ct Ln, Leeds LS2 7EU. Britvic Soft Drinks Ltd, Breakspear Park, Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, HP2 4TZ. Subject to 7.1. the Promoter shall have no liability in relation to any prize provided by a third-party provider.
    3. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for an alternate prize or compensation in whole or in part.
    4. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
  5. WINNER SELECTION
    1. Winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period for each corresponding prize draw as stated in clause 3.2.
  6. WINNER NOTIFCATION
    1. All winners will receive a winning confirmation email (the “Winning Confirmation Email”), sent to the email address provided at the time of entry, within 14 days from the Draw Dates outlined, alerting the winner that they are due to be issued directly via the email address they supplied a Tesco E-Gift. This email will include confirmation of the win which will either be a £1,825 Tesco E-Gift Cards dispatched as 3x £500 and 1x £325 or a £5 Tesco E-Gift Card.
    2. The vouchers will be purchased via Tesco E-Gift Card Business Account and issued directly to winners via the email address supplied within 28 days from the weekly Draw Dates outlined.
    3. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications.
  7. PRIZE DELIVERY
    1. The vouchers will be purchased via Tesco E-Gift Card Business Account and issued directly to winners via the email address supplied within 28 days from the weekly Draw Dates outlined.
    2. If any Prizes are undelivered due to inaccurate details the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw and reallocate the prize entitlement with no liability.
  8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  9. DATA PROTECTION
    1. The Promoter will make available a list of main prize winners’ surnames and counties of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the Closing Date of this promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure is limited in scope by contacting Britvicteam@getsavvy.com. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners list by emailing Britvicteam@getsavvy.com. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse such requests.
    2. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. You acknowledge that the Promoter will pass such information to its third party agency, Savvy Marketing, for the purposes of administering the promotion. Entrants' personal data will be used and will be held in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is available here: Britvic | Privacy Policy.
    3. Data will be stored for 3 months following the Closing Date of the promotion before deletion. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to britvicteam@getsavvy.com.
    4. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.
  10. GENERAL
    1. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and accepting their prize.  The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner does not, or is not able to, take up their prize.
    2. If the Promoter has any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of the Promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude any entrant from participating in the promotion.
    3. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or invalidate any affected entries . If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
    4. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner is not able to take up their prize and reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
    5. The decisions of the Promoter are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
    6. If any clause or provision of these terms and conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within.
    7. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual issues which arise out of or in connection with them) are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless you live in another part of the United Kingdom in which case your local laws and courts will have jurisdiction.
